Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through multiple methods:

Self-Service Cancellation

  1. Log into your account dashboard
  2. Go to "Subscription Settings"
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Email Cancellation

  1. Email support@productimporter.com
  2. Subject: "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Include your account email
  4. We'll process within 24 hours

2. Cancellation Timeline

Understanding when your cancellation takes effect:

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation request is processed immediately
  • Service Access: You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No Prorated Refunds: Unless within the 30-day refund window
  • Auto-Renewal: Automatically disabled upon cancellation

3. What Happens After Cancellation

Immediate Changes

  • No future charges will be made
  • Auto-renewal is disabled
  • Cancellation confirmation email sent

During Remaining Period

  • Full API access continues
  • All features remain available
  • Support continues as normal

After Expiration

  • API access is suspended
  • Account moves to read-only mode
  • Data retained for 90 days

4. Data Retention & Export

We understand your data is important:

  • 90-Day Grace Period: Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • Data Export: Download your data anytime during this period
  • API Logs: Historical API usage data available for export
  • Account Settings: All configurations saved for potential reactivation

5. Reactivation

Changed your mind? Reactivation is simple:

  • Log into your account within 90 days
  • Choose a new subscription plan
  • All previous data and settings are restored
  • API access resumes immediately after payment

6. Cancellation Fees

No Cancellation Fees

We never charge cancellation fees or penalties for ending your subscription.

7. Special Circumstances

Cancellations due to special circumstances:

  • Service Issues: Extended downtime may qualify for prorated refunds
  • Account Violations: Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds
  • Payment Failures: Accounts suspended for non-payment can be reactivated
  • Business Closure: Contact support for assistance with business closure
